How to Reserve Your Date
Sign a rental agreement and submit 50% of the rental fee to secure your date
The remaining balance is due 120 days before your event
A $500 non-refundable cleaning fee and $500 damage deposit are required 30 days in advance
We accept cash or checks, and request a credit card on file in case of any damages
