  • Complimentary Day‑Of Wedding Coordinator (a $1,500 value)

  • Full tablecloth service (up to $750 value)

  • Complimentary centerpieces, if desired (up to $1,500 value)

  • Access to the bridal suite, ideal for getting ready and relaxing onsite

  • Free parking for you and your guests

  • Liability insurance included for peace of mind

How to Reserve Your Date


  1. Sign a rental agreement and submit 50% of the rental fee to secure your date

  2. The remaining balance is due 120 days before your event

  3. A $500 non-refundable cleaning fee and $500 damage deposit are required 30 days in advance

  4. We accept cash or checks, and request a credit card on file in case of any damages
